Charities are invited to fill out the request form, which asks for a brief description of the charity event, organizations involved, location, tentative date and the charity's contact information. Charitable Chef will review the request and contact the charity to discuss the event, availability and logistics of the arrangement.

As a non-profit company, Charitable Chef does not aim to make any profit from these charity events. However, the charity must agree to use a portion of the money received from the auction to pay for the food cost, equipment rental, and any miscellaneous expenses incurred by Charitable Chef to cater the special event. All proceeds after these costs are paid will go to the charity. All charities will be asked to sign a legal contract that they agree this cost before Charitable Chef will agree to provide any free services.

Charitable Chef cannot guarantee that all requests for services will be filled. Charitable Chef will schedule events on a first come-first-serve basis, and upon staff availability. Charitable Chef holds the right to not accept any requests for any reason.
